When will my order be shipped after purchase?

Most of our orders will be prepared and shipped within 1-7 business days. (The preparation time of the products may increase up to 10 business days during the campaign periods. Custom orders and extra large designs may be ready up to 10 business days.)

The shipping companies will deliver your order within 2-5 business days, approximately.

You will get the tracking number when we have shipped your order. So, it is very important to fill in your contact details and shipping information correctly.

Will I pay any shipping fees and customs duty fees?

No, you will not pay any extra fees other than the prices that you see on the checkout page. You will not pay any customs duty and shipping fees. All that costs will be paid by Wall Art Istanbul.

PACKAGING
Styrofoam and cardboard are used in the box to protect the product against scratches and external impacts. The packaging is sturdy enough for safe deliveries. You can safely gift to your loved ones.

CARE & CLEANING
Cleaning our products is quite simple. First, clean the surface with a damp soft cloth, then dry it with a soft cloth to prevent water-marks.
Do not use chemicals while cleaning. Note that hard polishing will damage the surface finish.

Our metal islamic arts are made of high-quality steel and painted with electrostatic powder paint, the paint protects the product against corrosion. However, when exposed to heavy snow and rain outdoors, it may begin to rust after a while.
